Have used this successfully with many a patient, is a WONDERFUL med for pain, I do't see why it wouldn't work as it delivers a steady dose (without knocking your socks off). My Rx book says it binds in the Central Nervous system with opiate receptors and alters perception and emotional response to pain.
The drug name is fentanyl and I remember seeing a post about it somewhere.
It is a narcotic, so its' effect on clusters may be nil. Let us know!!! :) Hoping for you!
