i am currently in counselling for severe depression
my clusters started when i was in my mid teens
at that time i underwent some traumatic experiences
the counseler told me that i am suffering post trauma stress disorder
he suggested that i take antidepressants
i dealt with the pain of clusters without meds for years
someone once said that would be dangerous, they were right
my counseler told me that the violent effect of clusters is like being raped over and over
i thought i was being strong by staying med-free, that was a mistake
now i find that i am losing my mind
for the first in a long time i am giving into accepting medical help
please understand what your husband is going through and support him to the end
i hope he can find something that works for him
clusters ruin lives
