I'm not sure what the problem is that a lot of people have with Mike. All I know is that he was the first person to
welcome me to the board some eight months ago. He has been willing and helpful when I mailed him and asked questions.
He has kept in contact with me to see how things are going and has been more than willing to help. I've never been offended
by any suggestions or ideas he has had. He is his own person and says and does what he believes to be right. Probably
something we all do. In his defense I'm sorry to see him have to leave.
