that happens to my husband. I think our doc thought he was from outer space or something when she first saw it. I can actually tell when he's getting 'clustery' before he can sometimes.
Interesting to note, this also happens to him when he is out of cycle - the pupil will dilate for a few hours but without any pain. There has been a bit of a discussion here in the past (and also in the news, I believe) about these 'silent attacks'.
