Verapamil/ need advice on when to stop

I started taking verapamil about 6 weeks ago. I am on 480mg/day. My clusters have stopped but I have had shadows about 3 times. My cycle usally ends around the end of Jan. When should I start tapering down and how should I taper down? Need advice. Reply or E-mail.Nancy c.
