Hi Scott. Glad you go ahold of some O2. It's been a godsend for me.
I have not found that O2 is helpful in preventing attacks, as in breathing some before bed. And God knows I've tried. It has been most helpful to me if I get it going as early in the attack as possible. If I wait too long, it tends to take longer, and there is some "after headache" pain that the oxygen doesn't touch. I leave my tank in my truck these days.....it's zero degrees...and that helps a bit, too. Good Luck.
