I have been on verapamil now for 8 months. I had to go generic, due to my pharmacy formulary! It has given me very bad indigestion, cramps, and constipation. Those of you using it, if you have these problems, how do you deal with the discomfort? I just want to sit around, due to the discomfort. My Doctor has me take it at bedtime. Then, anywhere from 2 am to 5 am, I am awakened due to the abdominal discomfort of the medication. Any advise would be appreciated. I am also on Allegra. Would this contribute? I take it once a day in the mornings. -John C.
