Sansert is an "old" medicine and because of some unpleasant side effects it's not used much anymore. Luke's advise is good. If you haven't tried oxygen go to the OUCH button on the left side of the screen, enter and click the medication button, scroll down to Oxygen and click the non-rebreather mask (in cyan).
