Subject: Tracking Cluster Pain (Free Software)
A new version of IANA is now available. It is called INA. The primary purpose of the INA is to
aid in learning how to cope with pain. Learning scores are developed from base line data, having a
mean of 100. If you are showing improvement the mean goes up. If you are getting worse the
mean will go down. It is a major departure from the old tracking system. INA is much easier to
use, however it does not have the bells and whistles of the old IANA. There are only two
functions. 1. Collection of base line data on pain level and 2. Learning scores reflecting the
control of the pain. INA was developed specifically to dove tail with non invasive treatment
methods such as relaxation therapy or brain wave generation. I have found an excellent soft ware
for the brain wave training, however unlike the INA it costs about 40 dollars. You can get it at

This product allows you to download and use it for 30 days. If it is going to work it should show
results within a week. Therefore, you get a chance to purchase only if it works for you. Although
the INA is free I would like to have feedback from any user, this is the only way I have of knowing
how to make changes. Also, while it does have a simple help file, you should contact me via email
for some online training. This is simple to do and from experience I know it will make a big
difference in how effective it is.
