All the NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) can help during an attack.
In my case, ibuprofen is the only relief with caffeine.
But in my case, more 'extended use' NSAIDs (like VIOXX and similar) do nothing as preventative or pre-attack killers .
