In my case, maxalt mlt has worked extremely well as long as you get to the attack in a very early stage. I have had some side effects which include mild dizziness and elevated pulse rate. Just don't drive after taking it for an hour or so. The mlt is administered under the tongue, and let it completely dissolve. I can feel it working as an anti abortive in about 5 min., and on most occasions has stopped the full blown cluster in 10 min. Shadows do persist usually, but they are minor shadows and pretty mangeable. The drug has seemed to prevent the frequency of attacks. Within a couple of days after using the mlt, Ch onset was limited to 1 attack per day (in the afternoon) as opposed to the max of 6 per 24 period, with 2-4 of them occuring nocturnally. I would recommend it to you and good luck!
