I posted the same concerns about at month ago. I try not to talk about them because the frustration of people not understanding is sometimes worse than just dealing with the attacks one at a time. When I do get an understanding ear I usually describe it as an ANGRY pain. It gets so bad that it feels like a raging thunderstorm in my head. The sharp jabs are the lightening flashes, and the constant banging of my head is the thunder. I usually can't contain myself as I describe the pain. I get very verbal and animated. I show them what I do during an attack. They just say 'Wow I had no idea' That usually gives them a clue. But I've learned from BD that it really does not matter what other people think. Our friends are here. They are the only ones that truly understand.
Thanks again BD and DJ
