I found this website that generates an automatic complaint letter for you. You just put in the person's name, title, company, how many paragraphs, etc...
The website is: http://www-csag.cs.uiuc.edu/individual/pakin/complaint

This is an example. I put in Stew's name. =)

It is with extreme disgust that I write this letter and say what will doubtlessly be considered perfidious by some of my peers. Nonetheless, it must be stated that Stew's primary viewpoint, that everyone and everything discriminates against him -- including the writing on the bathroom stalls -- is directly related to the attitudes in our society that shame my name. Here's a quick review: His reason is not true reason. It does not seek the truth, but only lackadaisical answers, domineering resolutions to conflicts. It has been brought to my attention that for every dollar we spend to better our communities, he'll spend a thousand more to destroy the natural beauty of our parks and forests. While this is true, many people who follow his ebullitions have come to the erroneous conclusion that profits come before people. The truth of the matter is that this conviction of mine is as firm as a rock. That's the current situation, and if you have any doubt about the reality of it, then you haven't been paying close enough attention to what's been happening in the world. In an atmosphere of false rumors and misinformation, we must learn to celebrate our diversity, not because it is the politically correct thing to do, but because his plans for the future always follow the same pattern. He puts the desired twist on the actual facts, ignores inconvenient facts, and invents as many new "facts" as necessary to convince us that he answers to no one.

Although the historical battle between good and evil is exemplified in the philosophical division between Platonic order and Aristotelian chaos, Stew's pathological scribblings are to politics what the blitzkrieg was to international diplomacy. The sooner he comes to grips with that reality, the better for all of us. Following this line of logic, it would appear that Stew seeks scapegoats for his own shortcomings by blaming the easiest target he can find, that is, nerdy fault-finders. His catch-phrases share a number of characteristics. They fill the air with recrimination and rancor. They quote me out of context. And they obliterate our sense of identity. Put together, these characteristics imply that in a recent essay, he stated that "the norm" shouldn't have to worry about how the exceptions feel. Since the arguments he made in the rest of his essay are based in part on that assumption, he should be aware that it just isn't true. Not only that, but every time he gets caught trying to discourage us from expressing our comments in whatever way we damn well please, he promises he'll never do so again. Subsequently, his accomplices always jump in and explain that he really shouldn't be blamed even if he does, because, as they claim, without his superior guidance, we will go nowhere.

Here's the heart of the matter: Stew is penny wise and pound foolish. Now, I could go off on that point alone, but if I hear his grunts say, "Stew's vices are the only true virtues" one more time, I'm going to throw up. In theory, the ideas backing up his epigrams are extremely closed-minded and gloomy. But in reality, if we're to effectively carry out our responsibilities and make a future for ourselves, we will first have to build a society in which people have a sense of permanence and stability, not chaos and uncertainty. In the beginning of this letter, I promised you details, but now I'm running out of space. So here's one detail to end with: Stew's intimates are stampeding happily and mindlessly toward the precipice of malodorous huffy expansionism.
