I too have noticed that I do not get any attacks at work. I am a labor and delivery nurse. most of the time very busy running around or doing something like massaging a patients back ect. I am able to sit while monitoring the mom and baby monitors but my brain is very busy and has to stay alert for any life threatening changes. When I get home around 1am I know I will get a Ch around 2-2;30am after I've fallen asleep. My cylce usually lasts about6-8 weeks, I'm starting my 7th now. They are statrting to slow down. I have found when I do get an attack I have to move around. I will try the excercise next time.
