In my opinion, it is NEVER a good idea to link migraine and CH. Interchanging these terms is probably a major factor(along with the rareness of this disorder) in the poor research funding for CH. CH and migraines are VERY DIFFERENT, VERY DISTINCT disorders and must never be used as synonyms. If we're going to receive any funding, educate people, and in general make the world aware of our suffering, CH must be very clearly explained, and never associated with anything else. We have to educate until people shudder, every time they hear the word CH. (A completely natural response, if you ask me). Just my two cents.
