Had sort of the same situation with my brother who
although HAS been diagnosed with Clusters-moved to Flordia (poor guy thought they wouldn't come back with the change of weather), but ofcourse they did-now in 2nd cycle after moving-he skips a year. He also has no health insurance, but after the last time, I made him promise me he would get help
early in the next cycle. Unfortunately, too many doctors don't know of this ailment, and all his records were here. I found this site, printed out a lot of information, which my brother brought
to his son's pediatrican (of all things). This man read what was given him, and renewed my brother's meds. Maybe this would help your dad as well if he went to a doctor with some printed material. Good luck-
