Exercise, I know some people that have clusters have said when they are having an attack they get on their exercise bike and go like hell on it. the exertion seems to stop the headache right away. I know for myself when I am at the gum and when I'm in cycle it seems to trigger one. I have never forced myself to work out harder. I would just quit and hurry home. As far as eating ice cream too fast, well everyone has done it and yet not everyone has clusters. My cycle has started a month early like now! I have had them for 29 years. I think when they 1st started they would last about a month, now its two plus months. More shadowing after the two months. My Dr. has me on so much meds now that all I am getting is shadows of up to a 4 on the kip scale and I'm happy to just have that. Also where I live the weather is very cold here and that helps my head because I can go outside and breath the cold air to relieve the pain. Oh by the way Welcome to our family. Anymore questions just ask. TerryS
