Began 11/2 and continued like that till the 13th, when I went to the doc the first time this cycle. I started the meds early on, the thinking being that the pred would break the cycle. 4 1/2 weeks later, all of the attacks were at or below kip 7's, and though had up to 5 per day, none were headbangers. Today I'm going back to work for the first time in 3 wks (well, we'll see what happens between now and 7 am-usually the first one starts then). Anyway, enuf of my usual rambling. Maybe try a preventive treatment now, before it gets really bad. It did seem to help me. It didn't seem to shorten or break the cycle, which isn't over yet, but it sure made things more bearable.
