This is the only site that contains such a welth of information about CH.One of the articles here discusses trigers that bring on the headache.I have found that avoiding all of these trigers reduces the numbers of headaches significantly. Many CH suffers agree that Tobacco and alcohol are both trigers. You may find that avoiding these could be very helpful. Best of luck. Ray
