run's in varying degree's so it is really a personal thing on how you address it. I have clinical depresion of the nth degree in my family and everyone else(siblings and parents) were or are on some type of med for it.
My parents didn't have a the ability to see beyond the moment and never developed the ability to face the depression.
You have to come to grips with it and learn to deal with it either by controling your emotional Highs and lows or by chemicals and therapy.
Maybe you'll be lucky like me and realize that this dent in my head is just that and not let it control your life and drive you into dire situations. Just a thought! Pappy
