Clusters are remarkably similar from one individual to another - they are remarkably similar and unmistakable. If after reading a description of clusters, an individual is not sure that is what they have, they do not have clusters.
The first time I read a description of clusters ( Cosmopolitan magazine, 1976 ), I was flabbergasted that this thing had a name and that my experience was so identical to the description.
Reaction to treatments varies from individual to individual but not by much.
Much of the "trigger" stuff posted on this site is anecdotal and far from definitive. The true triggers ( when one is is a cycle ) are very universal ( alcohol, stress and relaxation after stress, sleep, etc.)
None of us are sure of the cause. We only speculate.
I am amazed at how specific clusters are.
As a matter of fact, I believe that the specifity of clusters is pretty good evidence that there is one
predominant root cause that we may all learn of one day.
