My Dr. has also called my headaches Cluster Migrains. I had an old country Dr. 30 years ago and he told me then I had cluster headaches. My brother-in-law ( my Dr.) of 15 years didn't believe me when I told him I had clusters. He ran me through all kinds of test before he said yeah you have cluster headaches. But I also have Migraines and trust me there is a differents between the pain of a cluster and the pain of migraines and I have had both at the sametime, henceforth the term cluster migraine. Some people can have both at the sametime or even a shadow and migraine at the sametime. They almost put me down so bad that I have to focus on my family to keep from ending it. It doesn't bother me when people post about migraines both are bad and effect people differently. Some people can take pain better then others. It all hurts but clusters is at the top of the pain scale and having both at the sametime might even be a notch higher.
