Hello, My name is Jessica at the age of 23 I had my first child and at 7 months I got toxemia. It just happen so fast that I could not belive that this was happening to me. I went to bed feeling nausa and later in the night having to vomit and a headache that I could not bear. My face was swelling, I felt like I want to blow up. The following day I wake up not getting to much sleep, I call in to work sick. At about 10:00 in the morning I call my doctor letting the nurse know want were my signs, she tells me to come into the office. My high blood pressure was so high at we got told that I needed to go to the hospital. I was told that I would be under observation, but my high blood pressure would just not go down and my headaches were just getting worse. I went to sleep and by the time I new it I was yelling to my husband that was sleeping in the sofa, I had a seizure. At that moment I thought that was it for me. When I wake up the doctor says I needed to have and emergeny C-section. I had a baby boy 5 lbs 6 oz. and now 19 months later I'm 4 1/2 months pregent and afraid.
