There is little evidence that Imitrex will cause a rebound headache. It can happen but is very rare. The pills and spray take too many minutes to take affect. Try to get hubby to use the injections. Also the o2 concentrator is probably not putting out enough pure oxygen to help. He should get a tank of 100% oxygen with a regulator that will deliver 8 to 10 liters/minute and a NON-rebreather mask.
