the only thing I noticed was for the first several weeks while I was getting used to them and building up to 150 mg twice a day was slight dizziness. It didnt interefere with my driving. Cant say anything about the effect on anyone else tho. I cut back to 100mg doses but a shadow returned,,so I went back up to 150mg dose. In a way, this may have "tested" the med for me. It may be like taking half an aspirin for a huge headache..doesnt work. Got to have a dosage level that works. The webpage confirms my neuro in saying 400mg to 600mg daily of nefazodone is a target level. 200mg of nefozodone=150mg of Serzone.Which is back where I am at now. So far ..no probs.
