Warren has DHE to take by injection. We have to break open a little glass ampule, and fill the syringe from it. If he was by himself with a CH, there is no way that he could do all this safely, so I was wondering if anyone knows - can you prefill the needle and then keep it in the fridge for when needed? The drug in the ampules does not need to be refrigerated. This way if he wakes up during the day (he works shiftwork) and he is alone, he could just grab the syringe and inject himself. Thanks for any information - we did the first injection last night and it worked like magic - only 10 minutes of hell instead of 45-60 minutes. (I called him mother to come and do it as she has experience with needles)
