I have had CH's for 20 years, I'am 41.I just found this web site and if no other good come from it than a place to unload my feelings of pain and frustraion that is some help. I feel better knowings someone realy understands my pain,but also I'am sadden that there are so many of us.This cycle has been the worst,well each new cycle becomes increasingly worse.I have been on soooo many different meds over the years that I cant remember half of them.My doc wont give me anything that will deal with the pain,and nothing seems to break the cycle any more,they only vary in intensity.My job is considered dangerous,working with high voltage,climbing ladders,and working on mechanical equiptment, any of which could cause major injury or death.The fact that I get maybe 2 or 3 hours of fractured sleep then exhausting bouts of ch, I'am now becomming more and more worried and depressed,not to mention the way I feel when my kids see me this way, my 7 year old was crying and ask if I was gong to die,that pain is as bad as the headbanger.Well I guess thats enough venting for now,I will be a regular reader of this site I'm sure for the rest of my life as I'm sure there is no cure for ch only different ways to work through the pain.
