I hate to get my hopes up to much but I seem to be on a treatment that actually works with almost no side affects. My Neuro put me on Indomethacin twice daily and Amerge as needed. In the last 5 days I have had a total of 4 CH's with three pain free days intermingled. I normally experience 4 to 6 daily with the major ones coming at night and of course 2 hours after sleep. By taking the Amerge before sleep, I have not been woken once in the last five days. I did wake up in the morning with the shadow once, but very bearable at that. Anyway, I hope this helps at least one person out there. I have run the gammet of drugs and this is by far the most affective and least side effecting treatment I have ever tried. Good luck! J.C.
