dosage info for verapamil and lithium or someting that works for chroic demons

I'm going back to my doctor 11/22/00 to try another medication. I suffer from chronic demons and I'm going to suggest trying verapamil or lithium, but I need to know a ballpark figure for the dosage. Or if anyone has any suggestions for meds that work good for chronic demons they would be greatly appriciated.
