Read your message again : especially teeth can hurt more during night than day (head position, warmth in bed), so dont neglect your dentist. I remember being asked if it gets worse at night, the reason being that dental nerves hurt more then - anyway they usually test it with a cold spray on your teeth - then the nerve should really hurt, at least another easy step in your diagnosis. Canal root fillings can cause lots of problems, too (read on dr shanklands page), even after nerves have been removed (in which case the "coldspraytest" could be negative)
