In my own case, I usually use the injections twice. For me, there is not enough medication to stop three of them. However, you shouldn't be using this as your only means of stopping the headache. You should use a preventative also (Lithium, Prednizone, Topomax). Regardless, if possible, you shouldn't use more than two-three injectors a day.
