I'm new to you all but I had to reply to Keith. It seems to me that the shadow is something I can tell will be a CH coming on, neck gets stiff and swells on the right side or the right temple starts to feel tight. Then it hits you, Oh God CH is coming soon. It seems like in the start things do work to abort a CH but once you'r in the middle of the CH the shadows get stronger and you have less time till you'r in a CH and nothing I mean Nothing works. At the end of the cycle the shadows are longer and you can about them (some times) I hope I've answer you'r question....stay strong and I'll be praying for you ............Suzy
