people here are more apt to immediately give others advice on how to correctly use O2 isn't because we don't understand it won't work for everybody. But it's mainly because many, many, many times someone has come to the board looking for suggestions for something besides O2 since they found no benefit from it and once they were told the proper mas and liter flow they've come back to say they had one or both wrong and now that it's being used properly they find O2 to be a miracle abortive. So don't feel like you're being talked down to when you get the proper info on how to use it. It's just been our experience here that people more often then not haven't had the proper info given to them yet and that's why it hasn't helped. It used to work better for me than it does now but I was one of the people. I had both the flow and the mask wrong (not even a mask, but I was using cannules). Jonny is another. I hope you do or have found something that can work for you though.
