I FINALLY got my doctor to up my verapamil dosage. I stopped taking it 3-4 weeks ago because the dose I was at then (480 mg) was doing nothing for me. And as hard as I tried convincing her she could safely up it she wouldn't believe me. Anyway, a few days back she finally gave in and upped it again. I've been taking it again for a few days again and I haven't been hit once in 22 1/2 hours. Trust me, that's down considerably from the past few months.
So what is it some of you are wrong about? Well, I still have been getting light shadows plenty of times but when I read others who say they're painfree but getting shadows they always look at it as "the demon" (Sorry for the quotes. I hate that term) remaining to remind them it's still around and to keep them worried. How I see it is those shadows mean that I have been kicking the shit out of it for the past 22-23 hours -- constantly pummeling it -- and all the shadows I feel are really nothing more then my bloody knuckles being sore from not letting up on the mother fucker. I am giving it as much pain now as it likes to give me. Payback is a bitch, King Cluster!!!!!
