when these things hit me, I always got some relief by warming my hands by keeping circulation away from the vessel in the head that is dilated and indirectly causing the pain. It often worked and I've explained the technique further down the board under "This week's biofeedback posting."-Well it's something like like that anyway. Read it and see if it can help. It takes no training and is harmless to you but it CAN chase away the devil in your head.
