When I was having my first CH's, about 12 years ago, I was managing a Restaurant/Nightclub. Never missed a day of work, and was going through the diagnostic stage for the first time. The owner's wife was a demented alcoholic who,one night, yelled in front of the entire crew and customers, "You deserve these headaches and I hope you have a brain tumor!" Fear not. The bartenders started tainting her drambuie with urine. The cluster cycle came and went, and months later she was still drinking "Drambuie Up with a Squirt".
