Nikki: My husband go's to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Neuro Dr. is Mario Quninos, he diagnosed him after 5 other neuro's didn't have a clue, the office number is 651- 221-2956, he put Jim on meds and O2 enabled him to go back to work and function pretty normal, good luck, let me know if you need any other information.
