i suffered depression but i guess i had to go thru it to see what life brought me i gave up my son my job my family and my friends and now im taking back my life. to me i feel depression is a disease but it is also a state of mind we have to decide that we dont want it its like cancer we can choose to fight it or give in and let it take over our lives yes or no
