I have found prednisone, 20 mg, 3 times a day for one week, then taper off over 3 weeks, then Indocine,25 mg 3 times a day and taper off over 4 weeks, and the beast is gone for sever months. a great book"headache Help by Lawrence Robbins and Susan S. Lang really outlines the med and results. Its a must. It goes right along with the guidence I got from the Headache Institute Dr. here in San Antonio. Good luck.
