This is a repeat of my earlier requests. If you have replied already, please do not duplicate your response. Now have about 30 responses, need at least 100, much more would be better. Will email final results to all participants, and post on msg bd.

PLEASE: SUBMIT RESPONSE ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A THOROUGHLY ESTABLIISHED PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS OF CLUSTER HEADACHE. My inquiry is inspired by the 1998 research findings in England, relating CH to the hypothalamus. I am addressing ONE function of the hypothalamus, to see if it may be relevant to CH, and have had professional help in structuring this inquiry, to be meaningful. It is a very tiny part of the puzzle, but science best accumulates knowledge through a series of well-documented tiny steps, so please help.

For all questions, a general area, +/- 100-200 miles, is accurate enough. (most states, small-med countries is close enough, specify north/south for big places) Valid answers would be like: PA, northern California, Germany, Denmark, Scotland, northern Chile…….re: Native American - I need general area, can work with tribal origin OR general place (eg" Abenaki, or southern Canada)……..for ancestral origins, think long-term, not just a couple generations, and predominant origin, not every branch on the tree. (eg: if you are NOT Native American, but you tell me your father's ancestral origin is Tennessee, it is a nonanswer)
~~~~~~~~~~~THANKS !!!!!!
The question is relevant to geography, not ethnic background.
1. Where do you live now ?
2. Where were you born/early childhood home ?
3. Ancestral origin, father's side ?
4. Ancestral origin, mother's side ?
