I am getting good results in the last 10 days with 20 mg of paxil a day. Like you I was in bad shape, went to the MD who put me on Paxil and Ativan 1 mg. I was on Sansert at the time which means no Imitrex. After the initial increased attacks for 24 hrs I started to get less and less. Now I have been good for 10 days and I only take the 20mg of paxil once a day. My O2 tank is getting rusty. I am waiting untill next year to see if it really is the Paxil.
