lump in neck pain in the neck

thanks for the responses, i have one more question.
does anyone have a sort of pressure point or lump at the back of their neck that seems related to thier headache ?
the doctor cannot feel this and when i'm pain free it's not there, but it seems related. if i press this mussle - lump the pain is reduced.
i am so happy that others have similar symptoms to me not that i wish this nighmare on anyone but my gp seems so surprised when ever i tell him of a connection i make with my headaches
