HI, I am new to the site, its good to find others(although I wish there were'nt any of us. Here is my story...suffering 18 years (started when I was 18)... 3 to 4 per day... 3 to 8 hours per day...Usually start 3rd week of November and end beginning of January... Then start again 3rd week of February ending first week of May... and just for a kicker every three or four years I get them at the end of August till ????... Well I'm in one of those special years (whoppee!!!), I have now had CHs everyday since August 25th (not looking for any sympathy just understanding)... I tried Cafergot, Vicodin, Imitrex, Inderal, Verapimil, Indomethacin, Sansert, Oxygen, Amerge and a variety of homemade remedies some have worked to a degree others have made it worse. I have just found out that because my HAs do not completely go away at anytime during a cycle that I may be suffering from Hemi-Chronic Continua (WHAT??!!) in addition to the CHs. I just started with a new Headache Dr. (he suffers too.) he's great, so far. But since he suffers, he knows, no more having to explain everything. Sorry to be so loooong winded. I'll keep posting any advice (I can get or give), info or chat would be appreciated. God bless all of us.
