You sound just like me. Strenous exercise like jogging, helps get rid of my headaches. I also feel that cracking my neck sometimes makes it go away and even though I don't believe in chriopractors, I have been and it seems to help. Just recently I have found that taking melatonin before bed (it's over the counter) helps me not get an attack at night or in the morning. Other than that, Excedrin and Imitrex are the only things that have helped me. Good luck.
