I am firmly into my episode now, after 14 months of remission. It is a very low key, well behaved bout, until now. We'll see how it develops.
But the trigger was a bit unusual, and made me understand all those docs who give people nose surgery.
I had a virus (not the one in my computer, another one, in my bod). It gave me sinusitis. I would feel just half of the familiar pain coming on, only my cheek and jaw. I tried O2 just for the heck of it. Didn't work. Paracetamol did. Fast.
This went on for a few days. Then app. a week later I had a different sort of attack. This time paracetamol didn't help. O2 did. I was into clusters again.
Interestingly, I had a new symptom last night. The rim of my ear felt as if on fire. Literally. Didn't feel hot, just a scorching sensation.
We'll live. I am more concerned about my puter, that's in an isolation ward at my comp service agency. I work on borrowd machines now and then, for otherwise I'd miss you guys too much.
Hope to be back soon in full force.
