I take Midrin (isom-dichl-acet) about once a year when I experience ULTRA-sensitivity to the left side of my head and face. This occurs when touching my left cheek, blinking, and combing the left side of my head. This isn't a migraine as there is no dizziness and it is not a cluster headache as is lacks those symptoms.
I just got off the phone with a Group Health consulting RN because I had a fast heart rate after getting up quickly. We came to the conclusion that I am dehydrated and the 2 cups of java have been compounded by taking the Midrin (something about restricted blood vessels).
