Hey gang. Haven't posted for a long time - have been content to sit back and read. I had been in complete remission from June '99 until last month, when the beast decided to visit again. Right now, it's 2:30am - just finished the second episode of the evening. I'm feeling a little afraid to go back to sleep, worrying that "number three" is waiting around the corner. So I thought I'd post, just to let you all know I've been reading this board all along and thinking about you. Normally, when I have an "8" on the Kip Scale, I'm able to go back to sleep pretty sure I won't be up again, at least not til the next night. But this is different. I've been up twice now with a 6 or 7. It feels like no matter what I do, I'll be up again.....and again.....and again. Anyone else out there feeling completely exhausted from loss of sleep? I'd love to hear from anyone who has advice about dealing with "Cluster Insomnia". Thanks. --Vince
