Thought I was done with them last year since I was in remission, but just like in '98, I started back this week. Not so bad this year. Good news: no meds. Bad news: insomnia; having attacks every 2-3 hours at night. So, I jump in the warm shower and let the water bang my head which helps. Taking asprin which kicks in in about 5-10 minutes then I can crawl back in bed. This is still better than panting, rocking, and "dancing" for an hour at a time. The pain isn't as intense ...so far. Have quit drinking, too. Hope that helps :)
