Dear Connie: I take it for seizure control and that dosage isn't too bad. Give it a shot. I guess a lot of people are using this drug. I've found it fairly benign so far but you'll have to watch for weight gain. I've had to curb my junk food and pot pies and so far, I've not gained. Hope your husband feels better soon.- - Charlie S
