just by getting some suggestions from a few of you folk appears to have greatly helped controlling the beast--Water water water--Charlie S sleeping on the side away from the cluster, and use of biofeedback--bob A turning me on to maxalt(truly a wonder drug) and other posts regarding the most efective use of 02, ice, water again, etc. etc. I usually have min 12 weeks cycles w/out let up, and on Wed had 6 6-8.5 kip cycles--well, by using alot of your suggestions, I have now been CH and almost shadowless for close to two days now--Thank you all!
